These Terms govern your use of HomeRadar. By accessing the website or using the service, you agree to the terms below.
1. What the service does
HomeRadar helps renters discover residential listings by aggregating listings from third-party sources, matching them against saved filters, and showing those matches in one place. We are not the landlord, broker, property manager, or payment processor for any rental transaction shown on the platform.
2. Accounts
You may need an account to use some parts of the service. Sign-in is currently handled through Google. You are responsible for keeping your login method secure and for the activity that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful personal housing search purposes. You may not scrape the platform, resell matched listings, impersonate someone else, submit abusive content through the contact form, or use the service in a way that interferes with normal operation.
4. Plans, pricing, and billing
We may offer a limited free trial and one or more paid plans. The current trial is 3 listings per day for 3 days for new users. Any fees, billing interval, duration, usage limits, or renewal terms shown at checkout apply to your purchase. You are responsible for providing valid payment details and for any taxes or bank charges that apply to your order.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Unless the law requires otherwise, any refund rights are limited to that policy or the terms shown at checkout.
6. Listings and third-party content
Listings shown on HomeRadar come from third parties. We do our best to surface them quickly and accurately, but we do not guarantee that a listing is still available, lawfully offered, correctly priced, or free from errors. You should always verify the details with the original source before relying on them.
7. Intellectual property
The software, branding, and original content on HomeRadar belong to HomeRadar or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except where the law clearly allows it.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, misused the platform, or created risk for the service or other users.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeRadar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate listings, delayed matching, missed opportunities, or temporary downtime. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the previous 12 months.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the revised version here and update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of HomeRadar after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
