How does homeradar.io find homes for me?

homeradar.io collects listing data from multiple sources, analyzes it with AI, and looks for homes that match the preferences you set. The goal is to surface better-fit options instead of making you manually scan raw listings.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Free trial users get 3 listings per day for 3 days. That gives you enough room to test the speed and relevance before upgrading.

What preferences can I set?

You can set the preferences that matter most for your search, such as budget, number of rooms, size, and location. Those preferences shape how the matching works.

What does the AI actually do?

The AI reviews the listing data we collect and helps rank or identify homes that are closer to your stated preferences. It is there to improve match quality, not just to show every listing in one stream.

How will I receive matches?

Matches can be sent through several communication channels, including Telegram and WhatsApp, so you can receive updates where you already pay attention.

Why do you charge for it?

We would prefer to keep the whole service free, but running crawlers, servers, storage, and maintenance costs real money. Paid plans keep homeradar.io sustainable.

Do I need to install anything?

No. HomeRadar lives in your browser. Sign in with Google and you're ready.

Do you contact landlords for me?

No. homeradar.io helps you discover matching homes and sends you the opportunities. Reaching out to landlords or agents is still up to you.

Is my data shared with anyone?

No. Your preferences and account data are not sold. Listings themselves come from external sources, but your search setup stays tied to your account.

How do I delete my account?

Account settings has a delete option. We remove your filters, notes, and email on request.
